I’m currently in a situation where I need to move out as soon as possible. I’m hoping to either find somebody willing to team up, or otherwise. A little bit about me is that I am a queer man, very LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly, don’t have any pets, am very tidy and enjoy cleaning and having a nice space to live in. I am currently living with two roommates and have been for awhile, so I am used to living with others. Once again, I don’t have any pets and don’t intend to ever own any, but I am totally fine with somebody else having pets.

I work full time and money has never been an issue. I’ve always paid rent on time, never had any late fees, and never had any issues with work. The only reason I’m moving is because my lease is ending and my roommates are moving in with their boyfriend elsewhere.

A little bit about me– I enjoy a bit of art, I love interior decorating, computer science, video games, game development, and especially cooking! I’m very laid back, chill, and quiet. I’m a huge advocate for good communication, so I always have an easy time with people I live with. If there’s ever an issue, there’s always a solution!
