I’m 29 years old, born and raised in San Diego, and work in security on the day shift from Monday to Friday. Additionally, I occasionally drive for Uber/Lyft on weekends. Currently, I am studying AWS courses to transition into the IT field. I maintain a credit score around 750.

I don’t go out as frequently as I used to, nor do I bring the party home often. I strive to maintain a high level of courtesy and respect towards my housemates. During my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, the beach, the boardwalk, and bars. I have an older parakeet that I always keep caged. He is mostly quiet; he only chirps along with loud music.

I am looking for a place by the beach; Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, or the Crown Point area, and even potentially Ocean Beach. I would also consider rooms with a private bath that aren’t near the beach, such as Mount Soledad, Clairemont, Point Loma, or Bay Ho but do prefer the beach areas.
