  • doesnt have parties inside the home (outside is fine every once in a while)
  • communicates and is respectful
  • mid 20s-mid 30s
  • quiet late at night and early mornings
  • will notify other roommates if they have covid and isolate
  • cleans up after themselves and pets (seriously, litterboxes get stinky and its not fair to your cats or other roommates)
  • lived on their own or with roommmates before (dorming in college doesnt count)
