Hello there! Here is my CL ad: It’s already March and I need to find something fairly soon.

My name is Corey and I am looking for a roommate(s) anytime from now to latest May 1st. Currently living in Maplewood and work in Woodbridge. Would like to stay close to work, nothing more than a 25 min commute.

Few things about me:

• I am gay, so must be gay friendly.
• I am looking for a furnished room. I don’t have a lot of furniture, but my tv, tv stand and lamp. The rest is clothes, books, dvds and random stuff.
• I am not fully remote for work, but from time to time, I can be. A day or two. So, an office space would be nice. (I work Monday-Friday, full time.)
• I just moved back from Boston in December. I was there for a few years, moved there over the pandemic. I really enjoyed living out there, but realized that I wanted to come back home to Jersey, and be close to family and friends.
• I smoke cigs and 420 friendly, but will smoke outside. I am not a heavy smoker either.
• I am clean and will keep the common areas tidy.
• Not a big cook, not in the kitchen a lot, only for coffee, quick meals and snacks haha.
• A dishwasher, washer and dryer would be ideal. (Omg, this would be amazing!!)
• What I can afford is $400-$800 for rent. (utilities included would be great!)
• I am respectful, good sense of humor, sarcastic, friendly, introverted extrovert.
• I would like the option to have people over, this is not an all the time thing, but to have the option would be nice.
• pet friendly, but don’t have any.

Just looking for a nice place with some good people or person, close to work. The place I have now is great, but temporary. (That’s why I’m looking now!) So, looking for longevity somewhere new! Thanks for reading this! :)
