I’m Andrea, a 33-year-old CU Boulder student, currently on the lookout for a long-term room rental in Boulder. My top priority is finding a place close to campus. I’m particularly interested in sharing with female roommates who are either grad students or working professionals, though I’m open to considering male roommates depending on the situation. Maintaining a clean and harmonious living environment is important to me.

Having recently returned to the US after four years in Japan, and originally being a California resident, I would say that I bring a relatively diverse background to the table. Beyond my academic pursuits, I enjoy spending time at local cafes and restaurants, hosting relaxed get-togethers with friends and my roommates, and diving into the local culinary scene. While I’m no stranger to socializing, I gravitate towards the laid-back atmosphere of dinner parties, BBQs, or wine tastings. I will mention that I’m coming from a tropical island, where I snorkeled and spent a lot of time at the beach, so mountain-related activities are new to me but I’m excited to explore the outdoors in Colorado!
