Hello,

My name is Matlock. I have excellent credit and references, and I’m prepared to move in any time before May 15th.

About Me: I’m a non-binary teacher, performer, and producer based in Santa Rosa. Currently, I work with delivery services like Doordash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, supplemented by an inheritance I received following the recent passing of my parents. This arrangement has offered me the flexibility to produce a documentary titled “Your Friend Logan,” which has been submitted to upcoming film festivals. Before the pandemic, I taught improv at 6th Street Playhouse and produced monthly comedy shows. I continue to instruct at Evil Comedy Improv, a community-driven improv group I founded 10 years ago that meets every week. I occasionally take on web development contracts for additional income. Additionally, I co-host a weekly podcast with a few fellow comedians.

Pets: I share my life with Jasper-Doodle, a friendly and well-trained shorthair cat. He’s sociable, has made many furry friends in the neighborhood, and even wears a GPS tracker collar for safety. I have proof of his recent vaccinations and always prioritize his well-being. While he’s friendly with other animals, he does like to explore. If your pets don’t mind him, he won’t mind them. He’s never been territorial, just curious. He’s indoor/outdoor, so I’d appreciate knowing if the house is more than 400ft from a busy road to ensure his safety.

Roommate Qualities: Living with others has always been enjoyable for me. I cherish a light communal atmosphere and value open communication. I’m conscientious about maintaining clean common areas, respectful of privacy and noise levels, and strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. While I’m not a party person, I am 420-friendly and may occasionally invite a friend or my respectful girlfriend over for quiet gatherings.
