I am a single 40yo white male with no kids. I don’t EVER use the kitchen since I’m always eating out (to and from work) or uber eating. Never using a kitchen means I’m NEVER creating a mess, NEVER using dishes, and I take up ZERO fridge space. I am very laid back, easy to get along with, and prefer to just enjoy my privacy most of the time when I’m home. I own Netflix, Hulu/Disney bundle, Peacock, Fubo TV, ESPN+ and you are welcome to use ANY of them. I work a lot. Picking up Overtime often as well. I work as a Security Supervisor for Merck in North Wales full time at $19.50/hr. My work schedule is mon-fri 6a-2p but again, I’ll cover 6a-10p often as well as morning weekend shifts. Since moving to PA from CA 5 years ago I have never been kicked out from a room for rent. My first room for rent in Bala Cynwyd, I stayed in for 3 years and my Lanlord (still a great friend of mine) got married (plans to start a family) and stopped renting rooms. I went to his wedding, and also his bachelor party in Puerto Rico 2 years back. The room for rent that I’ve been living in since is great, my current landlord is also a good friend of mine, but I’m just getting tired of my long commute to work every day. I’m in Manayunk currently and I’m trying to get as close to Merck in North Wales as possible. I always pay utilities immediately and my rent EARLY. I am quiet, reliable, tidey and sober. The ideal roomate. I owe it to my current landlord to give at least a 60day notice so I’m fixing to move in by May 1st 2024. I smoke, but N E V E R in the house.
