Recently single, the current residence I am in will be too much to afford and I need to downsize.

I am easy going, courteous, I keep to myself mostly. I work Monday-Friday 8-5 at a warehouse in Kirkland called Gensco.

During the week days I am very predictable. Go to work, come home, clean, make food, get a good nights rest. I am not a party person but don’t mind the occasional social gathering.

I used to be a chef so I love to cook and will be willing to cook for others in most cases. My hobbies include watching sports on the weekends (mostly soccer), dungeons and dragons with other friends, the occasional video game session, getting outdoors for a hike or swim, experiencing new places to eat or the local surroundings. I have lived in Kenmore since last May so the area is still new to me.

I don’t have any pets but I am a pet person. I have owned dogs, cats, and reptiles in the past and would be willing to assist with any pets that may be in the household such as feeding, walking, keeping them good company.

My credit is currently not very good but I am working on it. I do have great rental history, no evictions ect. I can provide references if needed. I am prompt and pay bills on time despite my limited budget.

I don’t own a lot of possessions so I am simply looking for a room to rent as I continue to build my credit and work towards getting my own place in the coming year.
