I’m very considerate, maintain cleanliness, and I’m easy to get along with. Although I don’t host parties, I’m not opposed to rooming with someone that does from time to time. If I’m not home, I’m at work, the gym, or the outdoors with my dog (trained/well behaved). I don’t smoke, do drugs, nor am I a heavy drinker (a glass of wine on occasion). I’m respectful of others as well as their property/belongings and hope for the same in a roommate. If need be, I am more than happy to provide professional references; including one from my previous landlord. 🙂
