Hiya! I am a 26 yr old from California who will be working in the wine industry this year and am looking for a nice, clean house in the greater Sonoma area to share with people starting April through December (potentially longer). As a roommate, I value honest communication and respect for the communal space. Everyone’s living standards and needs are different and the most important thing is to find a balance. I am very tidy and prefer shared spaces to be kept clean (but I’m not going to flip out if a dish is left in the sink for a day) and I also really enjoy living situations that are more social. We don’t need to be best friends but its nice to live with someone who is game for a chat in the kitchen and the occasional shared meal, that sort of thing. I love having casual gatherings in my space too, but not full blown ragers, and am cool with visitors and guests as well. I am opening to joining an existing housing situation or teaming up with someone who is also looking so if I see like someone you could live with, please reach out!
