Hey! I’m Jose. I’m looking to team up with 1 or more roommates to find a new place in Denver by April 1st. My goal is to keep my rent contribution low in the $900-1400 range but can budget up to $1600. Looking to stay near Downtown Denver (0-15 mins away), but areas 20-30 minutes out aren’t off the table, but I’d need to get approval from the company I work at first.

I moved to Denver from Houston 1 year ago and love it here. I’m an introverted yet social type of guy. Which means I like my quiet spaces to recharge, but love to talk to and meet new people. Majority of the time, I’ll be home either working (I love my job), gaming, researching something, tinkering with side projects, etc. But I also like to go hiking, mountain trailing, walking downtown, and going to bars/events every now and then.

I prefer a clean space and would love to make new friends along the way. We don’t have to be best friends, but friendliness doesn’t hurt. I also can’t do cats since I’m allergic to them, sorry! If you’re interested in teaming up, message me!
