Molli

I go back and forth between my home in Fairbanks, Alaska and Carpinteria on a regular basis. So I am low on utilities. I would like to eventually have a cat or a dog but I have no pets at this time. I like to cook so would like more than a microwave. Prefer a kitchenette. I am neat and organized. My hobbies are water color painting, walking the beach, and writing. I would prefer to rent a little house behind a house but am willing to share depending on the circumstances.
