Hi everyone! I’m looking for 2 roommates to sign a 1-year lease together for an apartment in West Harlem to move in on 3/15 or 4/1.

I have 2 cats that are very friendly and well-behaved, and I’m very attentive to cleaning up after them and myself as I’m a tidy person by nature. I work full-time in person in fashion and socialize heavily outside, so my home is a place to unwind and recharge. I love my space clean, organized, and surrounded by art.

Looking for someone who is equally clean, quiet, and values open communication as I do to accommodate each other’s schedules and live harmoniously. Not expecting friendship but open to occasionally hanging out and getting to know each other.
