Not looking to raise rent. Not looking at anything over $750 or in HOA

I am quiet most of the time, I tend to keep to myself but love to interact on a semi-regular basis.

I normally work Monday thru Friday unless weather or something is changed in the schedule.

I will never mess with anything that is not mine unless specified otherwise OR need to clean the area and something is in the way.

I am also capable of doing any fixes around the house that I am able to. I work in construction.

I’m just looking for a place where I can relax and get my own time to myself. I work outside all the time in the heat, so anything under 74 degrees is more than reasonable.
