I am 61 years old and an Assistant Store Manager for a women’s boutique at St. John’s Town Center in Jacksonville. I live right here and LOVE it…would just like to economize a bit. I am very neat, clean and quiet. I have complete furnishings - living, dining, kitchen, bed and bath. A roommate would require only their bedroom and bathroom furnishings. When I’m not chilling with a glass of wine after work, I am spending time with my daughter, son-in-law and new grandson!
