Hi! My name is Fallon. I am 26 years old. I am originally from Charlotte, NC. I completed my undergraduate studies at UNCW and am currently pursuing my master’s degree, set to graduate this summer. My next step is diving into a doctorate program this fall, with the ultimate goal of teaching at the college level, inspired by my family’s background in education. Professionally, I’ve had a diverse journey, working across non-profit, education, and healthcare sectors. Presently, I’m the Business Development Manager for Home Helpers in the Bluffton area, where I’m passionate about serving the community. Beyond my career, I’m deeply involved in a non-profit initiative focused on guiding students from Title 1 Schools toward higher education. This endeavor stems from my belief in the power of education to transform lives. Having owned and rented out two houses, I understand the importance of finding compatible renters. I pride myself on being respectful and responsible, traits that I believe are essential in a shared living environment. Meet Millee, my beloved 8-year-old pointer. She’s not just a pet; she’s also trained to alert to my medical condition and is undergoing certification to become a therapy dog. When she’s not by my side, she’s a laid-back, “mom of the pack” kind of dog who enjoys her lazy days, especially when she’s not busy spreading joy in hospitals and nursing homes. I am looking for a private bedroom and bathroom. Or a complete private rental of an apartment/ home. I am flexible with dates
