Currently LIVE & WORK in East Providence *PROFESSIONAL Employed as Call Center Representative assisting personalconsumer job involves wearing many hats at a bank’s call center, where I primarily assist small to medium businesses over the phone. Additionally, I serve as a Coach and Mentor for both new hires and existing employees. Despite the steep learning curve, I genuinely enjoy my work and hope to continue my journey with the bank. As someone in their late 40s, I identify as bisexual and am currently single. Later this year, I plan to venture into the dating scene when I anticipate having more free time. My housing situation is a priority, and I’m seeking a room to rent in East Providence/Pawtucket (With the George Washington Bridge closure and with no definitive repair or replacement date in the foreseeable future, I prefer to live and work East of the bridge. Ideally, I’d like a place with easy access to bus routes and within walking distance of my workplace which is just south of Exit 2B (Route 114 South/Wampanoag Trail) on 195 East. While I am able to work remotely several days a week, I haven’t been able due to poor bandwidth in my living situation which one of several reasons behind wanting to move. At the present moment, I do not own a car and while it does require me to take public Transit or Ride Share such as Uber, I’ve delayed getting a new vehicle since I’ve become an avid walker. Some of my favorite moments of the day are time spent walking to and from work.
Here are some key points about me: I’m a quiet and respectful person at home, although I’m generally outgoing and enjoy humor. Neatness matters to me in common areas but in my own space you’ll find my organized clutter, and I consider myself well-read and intellectually curious. My interests include history, movies, reading, news and while I don’t watch ‘TV’ (no need for cable, although internet, preferably ethernet, but WiFi works as well. I have a passion for comedy, did some standup in coffee bars in the past, improv and hoping to take classes at the Providence Improv Guild. If you enjoy laughing, I’m the perfect roomate as I’m always trying new material. Traveling and spending time with friends are also high on my list of enjoyable activities. I don’t drink but have no issues with others doing so in moderation. Similarly, I’m NOT into drugs of any kind. DEAL BREAKER if you are. Although, Pot is an exception Overall, I’m a good-natured individual who values compatibility and positive living arrangements. I’m one of the most positive person you’ll ever meet, extremely patient and drama free. I view everything with the glass being half full as well as searching for the lesson or opportunity in mistakes or downright blunders.
