I’m looking for roommate(s) to join up on a place in the Del Mar/Encinitas/Solana Beach area, or just generally North County. My budget is around $1,600 but I can be flexible on the right place. Ideally a 6-12 month lease.

About me: I’m 24 and work from home as a software dev. I’m very motivated and especially enjoy snow/skateboarding, boxing, and working out. I’m not a smoker and drink rarely. I enjoy exploring/going out, although not necessarily a party person. In my free time I’m probably working on a side project or at the beach 🙂
