I am an outside sales rep. Am rarely ever home except to sleep/shower. Do not have a significant other/partner nor would I ever bring anyone over. I’ve lived in Hermosa Beach for the last almost 30 yrs & feel very at home there. I was living a 1Bdr in Hermosa the last 11 yrs but my landlord passed away & the place was sold. I’m a very respectful & quiet roommate & looking for a place where I know the roommates are good people who I can trust & feel comfortable with as well as I need a parking spot.
