Introvert looking for a roommate to split the cost of a new dual master apartment in the Cardiff area. I manage a luxury furniture store and work as an interior designer so I value a calm, clean space to chill in the few evening hours I spend at home. I have been in a studio for the last 4 years so you’ll likely have most of the common space to yourself. The units are spacious, include in-unit laundry, covered parking, pool, hot tub, and gym. It’s about a mile from shopping and the beach, and just west of the 5 for easy access to surrounding areas. Looking for something soon, but I could be convinced to wait a couple months.
