Ace

Moving to St Louis to be closer to an aging family member. I have already accepted a transfer with my current employer starting on March 9th in Collinsville. I am stably employed (I have been with Walmart since I moved here in 2012, and I spent 8 years with the company I worked for before moving to here) and can provide roommate/landlord references. I am looking for long-term arrangements, but will also seriously consider shorter-term ones while I find something else. I have one adult male cat who has been neutered and has spent time with other animals before without incident. I keep to myself when at home, spending all of my time in front of my computer playing and tinkering with games. I pick up after myself in the communal areas, meaning you wont have to load my dishes into the washer. I am easy to get along, always willing to discuss any household issues, and don’t invite drama into my life. I am a smoker who has lived with non-smokers for many years, and am used to going outside and properly using an ashtray. Traditionally I have been a night owl, but I do not know what my new schedule will be like when I get settled in at work.
