Hello everyone, my name is Ryan, i go by RJ. I’m 35 years old, and i’m looking for a single room for myself. Currently looking for a room to downsize and save for the time being. Hoping to find somewhere where i can use the kitchen, and with laundry on site. If i had a choice between the two, i’d rather be able to use the kitchen. I have an 13 year old daughter that would visit twice a week at most. I have two jobs, working 6 days a week. I Want to find somewhere that is drama free, clean and where everybody respects everybody.
