Hello, I’m an event planner & coordinator for a career technical school, Actor, Graphic Designer, & Writer. Recently relocated from NYC, and seeking a living situation in the Butler County area.

I’m communicative in that I like to have an understanding of everyone’s needs and expectations ahead of time. My goal is to always to contribute to a respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable in their home. Home should be the place where you feel most comfortable, supported, respected, and celebrated. My longest term living situations have included living with 2 separate roommates for 6 years each. I tend to pay bills early.

Love dinner parties, but not a recurring thing, as I don’t believe a home should feel like the hangout/public space. It is my priority to maintain cleanliness, and to keep tidiness in public spaces. Love movie nights with roomies! Cant wait to meet you.

Open to: 420 roomies, though i don’t smoke, myself. Open to couples, families, single roomies.

preference: i prefer roomie(s) who are not super loud when moving through the space. Eg: slamming doors/cabinets. Not bringing the party home late at night. I might like to attend parties but leave the party to get rest. I’m allergic to cats, so I wouldn’t be able to live amongst cats.
