Hey all, I’m 36 and currently going through a separation and looking for a place to be near my two young daughters. My main focus is to just work, pay bills, and be around my children as much as possible. I would like them to have the ability to stop by, but they would never spend the night since I understand that could cause concerns. I was mainly the stay at home dad who kept the house clean and will continue doing so wherever I live. I am currently working overnights at Target, so there should not be any concerns of noise issues during late hours. I am known as an easy going person who is approachable and easy to talk to and get along with. I am responsible and will always ensure rent is paid on time. My main focus is my children, so ensuring all of my bills are in order is extremely important to allow me to focus on them.
