We’re both incredibly good cooks and we’re happy to do family meals every once in a while, and we can cover our own groceries since we get more than enough money from EBT(we wouldn’t mind helping out with other people’s groceries here and there since my fiance makes a good amount through art commissions). We are both very proactive about chores and general cleanliness. We’ll pull our weight and probably even become great friends, as long as consistent and clear communication is upheld. We are cannabis and alcohol friendly, but no tobacco as my partner is really sensitive to secondhand smoke (as in, they could be hospitalizes sensitive if exposed to tobacco smoke long term). Also, my partner has a mild allergy to cats and will need the bedroom we’re in to be a separate space where cats are not allowed.

This is a desperate attempt as we are going to be homeless as of March 1st. We’ll take anything at this point, but the criteria I’ve listed above are our only deal breakers.
