I’m quiet, responsible, im a clean person, friendly, trustworthy, i pay rent on time and have a clean record. I can also provide rental references (if needed) and have no issues with having a background check done. I like to keep to myself but not anti-social. I have a good paying job I just cannot afford a full apartment alone. I do work from 6am to 6pm M-F so I won’t be home much except for the weekends and even then i just like to relax and watch tv. I am a smoker (cigarettes) but I have no issues with smoking outside. I’m also drama free. I do prefer to have a roommate who is closer to my age but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m just in need of a room to rent for when I’m home.
