Hi! 👋 I recently moved to VA & am temporarily staying with friends while looking for a place to live in the Woodbridge area. I’m a mature, dental professional, no pets, significant other, kids, alcohol or legal issues. Stable job, pay bills on time, neat & clean, I share chores equally, pretty decent cook (hate dishes), & love animals, rockhounding, food adventures, gardening, trivia, books, art, coffee, pottery, hiking, lemonade, fried chicken & almost anything vintage. 😁 I smoke (never indoors), am fine with 420, am pretty much a quiet nerd & don’t spend much time at home. Looking for a room on my own or to rent something with roomies. Age, sex, etc., doesn’t matter to me; being a decent human does. Private bathroom is a must have, as is a wifi connection, air conditioning & a place to park a mid size SUV. Prefer something without stairs (arthritis) but I’ll deal with them at the right place.
