I’m a stable, no-drama roommate with excellent references, considerate of others’ opinions and lifestyles. Tidy, good sense of humor, like to cook, pretty handy at most things mechanical/electrical/plumbing. Certified flight instructor, licensed aircraft mechanic, corporate pilot, past experience in IT and management consulting. I go out of my way to be quiet and considerate in the house. I have one small dog who is super friendly, well behaved, and comes to work with me (I don’t leave her home alone or expect roommates to have any responsibility or burden for her).
