I am moving to the area in May due to work. I am a working professional for over 13 years. Selling my home in Long Beach area, so looking for a 3-6 month rental but open to longer if it works out. Flexible and mature. Communication is always appreciated. I am a single mom starting out again. My kids would not be living with me at this time. I have a minimalist and modern style and enjoy a nice home. I am a social person and love good conversations, but also respect other people space. Tidy and clean. No pets.
