I’m a part-time student online and work 2 jobs as a bartender and server. My need for a shared rental came about after a medical trauma kept me hospitalized for an extended period of time. I do have a daughter that is one year that lives with me full time. She is in day school and with a sitter overnight during my bar shifts and I pick her up from sitter on earlier work nights. I am not a first time mother and she is of very good temperament. A private room and bathroom is required for us. I am working towards getting back to providing a 3 bedroom home for my family and need to replenish the savings that was spent on bills while in recovery so my preferred budget is $700 a month. I’m still dealing with recovery and my work is very physically demanding so I rest and do school work during the weekdays, work or spend time with my daughter at home on weekday nights and weekends.
