I am a professional , tidy and respectful gentleman looking for a short term, possible leading to long term room. I have started renting my own home out as a vacation rental and need somewhere to call my base when it is occupied. I am still accessing how my rental is working, but early signs are good. This means that I shall at times not even be at the rental , (when my property is empty I shall stay there). I would prefer a month by month rental until I get my property established, but would of course vacate at the end of any 4 weeks rent if a long term renter came along. i am 61, British and in good health and with a good and fun personality. You can even make fun of my accent!!
