I would like to rent a home with a female that has a full time job and can pay their bills. I really prefer no animals unless they are small. No cigarette smokers. I am a very chill person that loves to have a drink now and then and a friend or two over. I do love my alone time and privacy. Being respectful and clean is very important to me. I have adult kids that may come visit now and then as they live out of town. I would like to have a relatively quick commute to the airport. So I don’t want to live very far out.
