Hello! My name is Mark and I’m a 31 year old professional working in multifamily real estate. I’m looking for a quiet calm home to relax and recharge in near my office in Newport Beach.

My favorite sports to play are tennis, racquetball, ping-pong, soccer, and volleyball. I also enjoy reading, watching documentaries, cooking & baking, viniculture, potlucks, bible studies, board and card games, rpgs like d&d, exploring national parks, and generally being outside as much possible.

I’m flexible on move-in dates. I don’t have much furniture, so furnished or unfurnished works. I’m not very tidy, but I’ll almost never leave a mess in a common area. I work full time M-F 8-5PM (work-from-home Mondays and Fridays). I’m very allergic to cats, sadly.
