Sheila

I (Laura Barb) actually live in Lake City (Price Creek Landing) and am helping my good friend Sheila Clement find a place to rent using my computer. All the info we provided is her info. She recently moved from Michigan, is very courteous, very clean and tidy, well mannered, very responsible and has a cute sense of humor; not a stick in the mud at all. Sheila has no health issues, is energetic and is a joy to be around and she has a “steady income” (nice amount, social security). My husband and I would love for her to live with us but we have stuff in the spare bedroom with no place to put it. We would love for her to be able to live in our neighborhood and noticed there is a room for rent in our neighborhood (Price Creek Landing on Yankee Terr.). Her dog is tiny and well behaved, non aggressive and potty trained; does not have accidents in the house and rarely ever barks. Sheila is a great roomie.
