I’m Ryan, I enjoy going to the gym and hanging out around the apartment. I love cats. I am on a fixed income, so you won’t have to worry about me being late on rent payments. I went to Loyola University in Chicago and have a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Economics. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Masters in Valpo and am either up for teaming up and moving or retaining my current apartment once my roommate moves out at the end of August. I own all the furniture in my living room (couch, 65“ 4k TV, Superbox, Playstation 5, Playstation 4, exercise bike, etc.) and also have a brand new washer and dryer, so you won’t need to pay for those expenses. If I do decide to move from my current apartment I would like to move closer to the YMCA. I am single and have no kids or animals.
