Looking to find a new house to rent as a group of 3 or 4, $800 is a maximum budget. I have a dog and two cats. All are very well behaved and I am VERY clean with them, so odors are not of concern. I would prefer all female roommates, but open to all on a case by case basis. I usually just stick to myself, unless people want to socialize, then I will certainly invite you to dinners I’ve made etc.. I currently live with an ex and I am looking to move as soon as I can, as you could imagine it’s an awkward situation. I currently live in Calvert and looking to relocate closer to Leonardtown to be closer to my job.
