I enjoy cleaning and try to be a handyman (whatever I can learn from YouTube lol), so I feel like I offer a lot of value in that regard. I typically keep to myself unless you want company in things. I try to be easygoing and go with the flow! I’m happy to share my food and common area items and whatever else I can. I always try to be respectful of other people’s things and ask permission for everything. To sum it up simply, I try to live by the golden rule. I do have two younger girls that I have shared custody with, so I completely understand that is an issue for many. They are a lot like me and like to have fun and goof around, so with full disclosure, they do tend to laugh and play and be a bit loud from time to time. I’m willing to pay extra for the inconvenience and increase in utilities cost. I try to be very easy going and understanding with everything. You can feel free to tell me anything and I’ll try to happily oblige if you ever have any issues with anything!
