Hello! I have been living in apartments with roommates since 2018, and have never had a late payment. I am very on top of all of my bills. I maintain a cleanly but maximalist place, mostly just being “messy” with my private space when my decor style is not shared. I am not concerned with others messes as long as that does not include unsanitary things. I was a professional housekeeper for a couple years therefor know how to properly cleanup. I own two extremely friendly cats, who love to cuddle. I have an auto clean litter robot for them as well. I have a snake who is very quiet, she has never bitten, nor escaped from her enclosure. I tend to spend most time working or in my room. Any visitors would be discussed prior to coming, and I would expect the same courtesy! I do not smoke weed, I do vape but do not smoke cigarettes, I rarely drink and don’t mind not having it in the house if that’s preferable. I do not mind weed as long as its done outside or in your own closed space.
