I have been renting a room in the area, but my live-in landlord got a job in the Bay Area, so we have to go our separate ways.
I am very quiet, clean, and respectful. I have a fiancé who I spend time with on the weekend for a few hours(never overnight) , so if no guests are allowed then I may not be a good fit for your rental.
Ideally I am looking for a short term lease, 6 months minimum, so I can finish up the school year.
