I am looking for 2-3 nonsmokers who want to save money on rent by splitting a house. Need good credit, clean background, income verification, and no evictions or delinquencies to qualify. Based on current available homes, rent would be $500-$700 per bedroom plus utilities. Lease would be for 12 months but you could probably sublet to another qualified person if you need to move before then. If I cannot find roommates, I’m also open to rooms in this price range.

About me: I work full time in a warehouse with locations all over the world, so I’ll be transferring to a local warehouse when I move. I get along with most people. My personality is very much live and let live. I know how to mind my business but am willing to offer advice when asked. Prefer to talk out conflicts or let them go. I recycle, compost when able, don’t leave food out, toss leftovers before they go bad, and generally clean up after myself and my cats. I appreciate when my roommates keep their television/devices at a reasonable volume or use headphones. Can’t tolerate smokers or vapers of any kind (sorry but y’all stink). In the process of getting an ESA letter for my 2 cats. (Under federal law, ESAs are exempt from pet restrictions and fees, and must be reasonably accommodated unless they threaten property damage or the safety of other residents.) Prefer no other pets but can manage if needed.
