Hi, I’m Andrea — a single mom and licensed esthetician currently building my skincare studio in the La Verne area. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and very focused on work and creating a stable, peaceful environment for myself and my son.

I split my time between my studio and being a mom, so I’m not someone who parties or brings a lot of chaos into a home. I genuinely value calm, communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect in shared spaces. My son is sweet, well-behaved, and my priority is finding a safe, positive environment while I continue growing my business.

I’m responsible with rent and committed to creating a comfortable living situation for everyone involved. Ideally looking for a private room in a peaceful home with kind, considerate people.
