Hi! Im Stephanie! I moved to the area 2 years ago to be in warmer weather and within walking distance (or bike distance) to the beach! I don’t drink and I’m usually in bed by 9pm or earlier 💁🏼‍♀️ I keep to myself a lot and haven’t had a roommate in years. But it’s getting very hard to pay rent off a single person income and I’m just looking for it to a bit easier. I’m a personal trainer so I’m up early and can be in and out of the house between clients during the day. I also work from home a couple days during the week. I’d like to find a roomie than i could be friends with. But if we can just get along that would also be great. 👍
