43 year old female with a seven month old miniature schnauzer. Extremely clean, organized and keep to myself. I would preferred to find someone to sign a lease at the Village at Lake Highland apartments if possible. The one I’m looking at, the rent is $1,830 not including utilities. Only need someone to pay $830 plus’s half the utilities. Not interested in rooming with anyone that smokes, does drugs or throws parties.
