I work full time as a maintenance technician for an apartment complex. I don’t usually have people over but I have no problem with guests. I’d like the option of having guests if I want. I am very easy going and not judgemental. I am a smoker. 420 and cigarettes. I’m clean but I’m not OCD clean. I don’t mind a little bit of a mess, just not dirt and grime. Currently renting a room from a guy I’ve lived with for 3 years, but he’s moving so it’s time to find something new. I’m open to meeting someone to start a lease with, or a home that already has people living in it. I can get discounted rent for the property I work at, if someone is interested in meeting and looking for an apartment together. Need to be able to use the kitchen! I cook my meals and I don’t like microwaves.
