I’m pretty low key as a roommate - I pay my bills, do my chores, stay in my lane. I’m happy to hang out and happy to do my own thing. I just like a peaceful home.

I have furniture/supplies/decor for every room (which I can also store if not needed).

My two shorthair cats are pretty well behaved and generally non-problematic. They tend to be wherever I am and initially are pretty shy with new people. I usually keep their litterbox (which is cleaned daily) in the bathroom, and a water fountain for them in the kitchen.
