Currently can’t afford my apartment my grandmother was helping me financially w this last least agreement, which is over by the end of February. But just to be transparent I am a mom. My two sons live w their dad mostly. Best of luck, hopefully something works out between me and you! Alternatively a roomie willing to pay me $800/ month to have a one bedroom in my current apartment is available to discuss as well. Just would need to be soon before the least agreement is due.
