I work at UCSD as a lab manager, 82k/yr. My credit has always been over 700. I’m moving out of a place in OB because I’m living with an ex and it’s just not working out. My move-in date is flexible. I have a dog part time (sharing him with said ex), he’s extremely sweet and I’d make sure you meet him to make sure you like him as well. I love to cook, I studied and worked in marine biology, but now am a department supervisor. I don’t smoke or do drugs, but don’t mind if others do (cigarettes are a dealbreaker though). I like keeping a tidy house but am not uptight about it. I drink pretty rarely but love breweries, mead, cocktails etc. I’m part of the LGBT+ community, in a relationship, but my partner has their own place. I’m respectful of my roommate’s boundaries, and like having cleaning/chore schedules so everything is fair and the place stays nice. I love the outdoors as well as anything artsy or nerdy.
