Hi, my name is Tulika, I’m 22 and just graduated from SAIC. I’m a writer/artist (but work as a creative marketing specialist) trying to find a place to call home! For my job, I will be commuting far into the Chicago suburbs so I am trying to specifically move to Roger’s Park or Ravenswood (preferably Ravenswood because it’s closer and I love the city) near the UP-H Metra. However, this also means I’ll be gone pretty early in the day and come back around mid-afternoon leaving the place to yourself during that time. I am clean and will try keep any communal space as clean as possible; I would expect that my potential roommate to do the same. I value my alone time/privacy, but of course, want to socialize with you too. It is important to me that I can have a friendly relationship with my roommate and obviously, actually become friends!! Other than that, I’m respectful, friendly, outgoing, and honestly keep to myself. I love to go out to the bar or club (you should come too) but in my core, I am also a homebody. Usually in my downtime I like to play videogames (and I will play quietly lol), binging TV, and DND every Wednesday with my friends online!
