Hi, I am looking for a room to rent for myself. I will be the only person living there and I have no pets. I am a non-smoker and I do not drink or use drugs. I do gig work for various phone apps such as Instawork and Shiftsmart working various jobs at events, warehouses, gas stations, etc. 3 to 6 days a week depending on how much work they have available. I do not drive, so the room would need to be near Metrolink or Metrobus. I would prefer to pay on a weekly basis, but I’m open to paying month to month as well. My budget is $125-150/week or $500-600/month. I am quiet, respectful, kind, clean, and keep to myself.
