Hello, I’m a graduate student looking for a roomate. I have a really great apartment building in mind but am looking for a roomate. I mostly stay to myself my roommates in the past have said they don’t often know if I’m home or not. Starting in May I will be gone a lot of the time as I will be in grad school full time. I’m very courteous about making sure common areas stay clean by always cleaning up after myself and I don’t mind helping my roommates out here and there with that as well . I do like to smoke weed but can do it away from the house if you’re not comfortable. My boyfriend stays with me quite a bit but again you’ll likely not know when he’s there bc we both are quiet and keep to ourselves. I’m looking for a living situation where we have mutual respect for eachother and are both comfortable and happy.
